My order has been lost or stolen?

Based on whether or not the ParcelSafe Cover was selected at checkout, will alter whether or not you can make a claim for a lost or stolen parcel. 

If you did NOT pay for ParcelSafe Cover, you may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

We recommend checking any security camera footage at the time of delivery and providing this to your local police department.
