Refund Policy

Please be careful when placing your order. We can adjust your order if it has not been processed so please email ASAP, however, this is not a guarantee. We do not accept change-of-mind refunds or change-of-mind cancelling. Once you place your order it is final, as there are transaction and tax fees associated with your order which we as the merchant bear and cannot be reimbursed for. Once you have opened your order and used it cannot be refunded.

We are a small company, so we do not have the volume like Amazon to allow and handle change-of-mind refunds. However, any malfunctions are eligible for a full replacement. In the future, we do aim to change this refund policy. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding stolen & lost orders, if you did NOT pay for ParcelSafe Cover, you will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

If we are unable to deliver to your country you will receive a full refund.
