What's the best sync box for me?
To know the best compatible device for you, we must first know the following info:
What's my TV size?
Step 1: Start at one corner and measure diagonally to the opposite corner.
Only measure the screen itself, not the bezel or frame surrounding the outer edges. Just start at the top left corner of the screen and extend the tape measure to the bottom right corner. TV sizes are advertised based on diagonal screen measurement.
Step 2: Take note of your TV screen in inches and select the correct TV size from the dropdown on the product page:
What's my TV's refresh rate & resolution
Step 1: Find your TV model/serial number. You can usually find a label on the back of your TV or in the TV manual.
Step 2: Once you have your TV model/serial number, you can look up your TV's refresh rate and resolution. For example, if you look up LG UQ80 75 refresh rate & resolution:
Step 3: Please note that the sync box is only designed for TVs with a size ratio of 16:9 or 16:10. Please refer to the chart below to identify if your TV has a 16:9 or 16:10 ratio:
